Our phones are answered from 8:30 am -12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Friday. Our front office personnel makes every effort to answer all phone calls. If they are busy assisting other clients, your call will transfer to our voicemail system. Feel free to leave a confidential message and one of our staff will return your call as quickly as possible.

Secure Internet Services
As a healthcare provider, Woodview Psychology Group offers a way to communicate with clients and colleagues who require privacy and confidentiality of information. Here is how it works:

  1. You (the recipient) will be sent an email notice that you have a secure message waiting. This message will link you to the LuxSci SecureSend Portal.

  2. If you have not used this portal before, click on the link to "Register." This involves:
  • Entering your name and email address
  • Picking a password
  • Receiving an system-generated email at your address and clicking in a link in that email to verify that your email address is valid and working.
As a registered user, you may then enter your email address and password to login to the SecureSend portal to retrieve and send secure messages. If you are having problems receiving email, try these helpful hints for common email providers.
